Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and one year of customer service experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong computer skills.
• Ability to maintain test security and handle testing environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer GED and approved examinations in accordance with testing regulations and security standards.
• Verify candidate identity and eligibility for testing; provide clear instructions and respond to questions.
• Monitor examinees to ensure compliance; report misconduct and protect test materials.
• Prepare, secure, and maintain testing materials and documentation; maintain accurate testing records.
• Administer testing under approved accommodations for candidates with documented disabilities.
• Proctor GED testing in correctional facilities and adhere to facility regulations.
• Attend required trainings and maintain testing certifications.
• Other duties as assigned.
