This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong computer proficiency, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced testing environment. The successful candidate will maintain test security, provide professional support to examinees, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and ensure a positive testing experience. This position will include proctoring GED testing both on campus and within correctional facilities while adhering to all testing and facility security procedures.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent *and* one year of customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience administering standardized tests. Strong communication, organizational and computer skills are a must. Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment. Must be flexible in work hours and days.
This is a part-time position (up to 19 hours per week) and not eligible for benefits. Position will be located on the WGTC Coweta campus and a Correctional Facility Rate of Pay: $14 an hour, no benefits Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree AND Three (3) years of work related experience Note: Experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
