Qualifications

  • Associate's degree with 3 years of related experience; degree may be substituted by years of experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Experience administering standardized tests is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational and computer skills are essential.
  • Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment.
  • Flexible in work hours and days.

Responsibilities

  • Administer GED and other approved examinations in accordance with testing regulations and security standards.
  • Verify candidate identity and eligibility for testing; provide clear testing instructions.
  • Monitor examinees and report misconduct or violations while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Prepare, secure, and maintain testing materials and records.
  • Administer accommodations for candidates with documented disabilities.
  • Proctor GED testing in correctional facilities and complete required trainings.
  • Attend required trainings and maintain all testing certifications.
  • Other duties as assigned.
