Job summary

REI Co-op in Lebanon, TN is hiring a Warehouse Associate to help move products through our Distribution Center. You will pick, pack, receive and ship items, and may operate power equipment after training. You’ll work across multiple areas as needed to support business volume.

The role emphasizes reliable attendance, safety, basic math, and teamwork; you’ll join a mission-driven team that values inclusivity and benefits, with opportunities to grow within the co-op.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiar with RF equipment or warehouse computing systems.
• Ability to lift and move items safely and consistently.
• Strong attendance and reliability required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-area environment.
• Must be able to follow SOPs and safety rules.
• Good math skills for counting and pricing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Move products through the distribution center via picking and packing.
• Receive, price, and prepare items for shipment.
• Assist with assembling bicycles and packaging customer orders.
• Operate power equipment after training and certification.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and meet productivity goals.
