Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking a Fulfillment Center Supervisor to lead the Jeffersonville, IN facility on the second shift (3:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m., Mon-Fri).

You will guide outbound operations, staffing decisions, and daily workflow to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time shipping. Responsibilities include coaching staff, controlling labor costs, enforcing safety and quality standards, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve shipping issues and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of progressive leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Experience leading employees, coaching performance, managing attendance and accountability.
• Warehouse or distribution experience in pick, pack, and ship operations.
• Experience managing staffing, schedules, overtime, productivity, and daily labor needs.
• Ability to read a budget, manage labor costs, and adjust staffing based on volume.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Jeffersonville distribution center, focusing on second-shift outbound operations.
• Lead hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, performance management, attendance, and accountability.
• Plan staffing, schedules, and overtime based on order volume and productivity goals.
• Manage labor and operating costs within the budget.
• Maintain a safe, clean, compliant work environment and ensure on-time shipping.
• Monitor KPIs like ship-on-time and shipping quality; manage inventory integrity and customer satisfaction.
