Taylor Corporation is seeking a Fulfillment Center Supervisor to lead the Jeffersonville, IN facility on the second shift (3:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m., Mon-Fri).
You will guide outbound operations, staffing decisions, and daily workflow to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time shipping. Responsibilities include coaching staff, controlling labor costs, enforcing safety and quality standards, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve shipping issues and optimize processes.
