Job summary

Broadway Dallas, Inc. is seeking a Front of House Associate for the Music Hall at Fair Park in Dallas, TX. This part-time, non-exempt position provides seating support, wayfinding, and guest assistance during major events.

Responsibilities include greeting patrons, ticket scanning, directing guests, and ensuring safety and decorum. On-site work with a dynamic nonprofit arts organization that hosts Broadway tours, concerts, and community events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort with basic computer hardware/software and messaging tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet patrons and provide wayfinding assistance.
• Scan tickets and perform access control duties.
• Escort patrons to seats and distribute programs.
