Job summary

Kenwood Healthcare Center, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our Cincinnati, OH facility. The evening shift runs from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and focuses on delivering friendly, professional front-desk service to callers and visitors.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, taking accurate messages, and providing general administrative support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous receptionist experience.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone, determine nature of the call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department.
• Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
• Take accurate messages when personnel are unavailable and ensure accurate delivery.
• Operate paging/telephone system as required.
• Provide administrative support as assigned.
• Participate in training and orientation programs to maintain licensure and competency.
• Maintain and adhere to center policies and infection control standards.
