Job summary

Wood Glen Alzheimer's Community, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is seeking a part-time receptionist for evening and weekend shifts in Dayton, OH. The role focuses on greeting callers and visitors, directing them appropriately, and providing basic administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and prior receptionist experience, preferably in healthcare.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous receptionist experience required.
• Prior work in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate person or department.
• Take accurate messages when personnel are unavailable and ensure delivery.
• Greet and direct visitors to appropriate personnel.
• Provide administrative support as assigned.
• Participate in training and orientation to maintain licensure and certification.
• Follow center policies, safety and infection control standards.
