Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet staff, patients, their families, and guests during visits.
• Check-in and route patients and staff to their appointment location.
• Maintain waiting areas ensuring readiness, cleanliness and supplies.
• Answer and redirect general phone lines with exceptional customer service.
• Assist with scheduling intake calls for new patients.
• Ensure opening, closing and safety procedures are met throughout the day.
• Comply with HIPAA guidelines and protect health information.
