Job summary

The Club is seeking a Front Desk Closer to open and close the facility, ensuring a smooth end of day. This part-time evening role requires reliable attendance and a professional, friendly member interaction.

Responsibilities include closing deposits, maintaining cleanliness, assisting members with check-ins, and reporting inventory discrepancies. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work 3:00 pm–11:00 pm, weekdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience in fitness or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Closes the fitness center's staffed hours at 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
• Gathers and secures cash deposits.
• Cleans common areas, locker rooms, and equipment at closing.
• Greets members professionally and assists with check-ins and account questions.
• Counts inventory and reports discrepancies to management.
