Spooky Nook Sports Ohio LLC is seeking a Part-Time Hotel Front Desk Associate for Warehouse Hotel in Hamilton, OH. The role supports guest check-in, room assignments, and inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The position primarily runs 3PM–11PM on the 2nd shift, with weekend availability required. Successful candidates will handle reservations, payments, and guest services while coordinating with hotel staff to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fluent knowledge of the English language; read/write/speak
• Availability for evenings/weekends/holidays
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Experience in a guest-focused environment
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests
• Issue room keys
• Demonstrates a positive and friendly attitude towards guests and staff
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, registration, facilities, dining, and directions
• Keep records of room availability and guest accounts
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change
• Make and confirm reservations
• Post charges to ledger
• Make restaurant/transportation/tour reservations
• Sell seasonal tickets
• Assist with luggage delivery
• Answer and route outside calls
• Provide information to callers and record messages
• Perform clerical duties and prepare arrivals
• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and management
• Record wake-up calls and lost and found items in Visual One
• All other duties as assigned
