Job summary

Turkey Hill in Searcy, AR is seeking a Freezer Operator for a 1:00pm–9:30pm shift. You’ll set up equipment, monitor outputs, adjust speed and temperature, and stage materials to keep product quality and inventory accurate in a food-safe environment.

Work with the production team, follow GMP regulations and safety guidelines, and contribute to daily operations. Must be 18+, able to lift 50 lb, and stand 8+ hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand 8+ hours.
• GMP regulations and safety guidelines must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Set up all equipment for the applicable freezing center per SOPs.
• Monitor outputs and adjust refrigeration, speed and viscosity to specs.
• Stage materials and maintain accurate inventory during transfers.
• Assist with housekeeping, sanitation, and quality checks throughout production.
• Engage in day-to-day operations and participate in team improvement initiatives.
