Job summary

Turkey Hill in Searcy, AR is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for the 1:00pm – 9:30pm shift. You will set up and run the production line, ensure sanitary conditions, monitor filler outputs, and coordinate with the freezer operator to meet PIR specs.

You will also stage packaging materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold quality standards. The role requires experience on a food manufacturing line and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Experience working on a production line in a food manufacturing setting.
• Ability to operate and adjust equipment following SOPs and safety rules.
• Willingness to follow GMP and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment per SOPs for sanitary conditions and equipment integrity.
• Place packaging materials into proper staging and transfer containers safely.
• Monitor ice cream filler outputs and adjust speed, timing, lidding, and coding to specs.
• Coordinate with freezer operator to control fill and weight as PIR specifies.
• Stage packaging materials back to inventory maintaining accuracy and food safety.
