Job summary

Turkey Hill is hiring for an Inclusion Operator to support production lines in our Arkansas facility. You will set up equipment, stage materials, monitor filler outputs, and work with the freezer team to meet quality and weight specs.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment per SOPs and sanitary guidelines.
• Manage packaging materials and ensure proper staging.
• Monitor ice cream filler outputs and adjust speed/ timing.
• Coordinate with freezer operator to meet fill and weight requirements.
• Assist in inventory transfers and maintain material accuracy.
