Job summary

IPC Foundry Group - Utah is seeking a dedicated individual for a role focused on cleaning and grinding castings. Responsibilities include performing grinding and sanding to smooth metal surfaces, operating equipment like cut-off saws and sandblasters, and maintaining all tools in working condition. Preferred candidates will have a high school diploma and prior experience in manufacturing. This position requires the ability to lift 50 lbs and a willingness to work onsite from 2PM to 10:30PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous foundry or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to work M-F 2PM - 10:30PM in person.

Responsibilities

• Perform grinding, sanding, or blasting to smooth metal surfaces.
• Operate finishing equipment such as cut-off saws, belt grinders, and sandblasters.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
