Job summary

Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC is hiring a Forklift Operator for the Monday–Friday 1pm–9:30pm shift in St. Louis, MO. This direct-hire role includes benefits and PTO from day one, with a focus on safe loading/unloading, material handling, and efficient warehouse operations.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, use RF scan guns, and work with team members to meet daily shipping goals. A minimum of 1 year warehouse experience and ability to lift 50+ lbs are preferred; English

Qualifications

Must be able to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
Experience using RF scan guns is required.
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for long periods.
English reading/writing ability required.

Responsibilities

Utilize manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist Drivers in loading and unloading trucks.
Forklift experience required for daily tasks.
Material handling may include picking, packing, scanning, kitting, counting products, and other duties to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
Identify and annotate overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D).
Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Read and follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure a safe and secure work environment in line with TSA/OSHA guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
