Job summary

Hanline Foods in Shelby, OH is hiring a Forklift Operator to support our cold storage facility. You will operate and manage forklifts, scan inventory, and ensure accurate material movement and pallet preparation for shipments.

The role requires 1-3 years of experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long shifts, and work 40 hours weekly. Overtime as needed in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours/day.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 40hrs/week.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage forklift and related equipment.
• Manage inventory using RF scanning equipment.
• Adhere to safety management standards.
• Transport materials within the facility to various locations.
• Prepare pallets for shipment and load/unload produce.
• Follow USDA, FDA, BRC and company regulations.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Warehouse may operate in cooler settings daily.
