CJ Schwan's is hiring for a full-time role in Florence, KY. You will operate forklifts, stage pallets, and ensure safe, efficient movement of products in a food manufacturing environment. This position offers a 2nd shift and a pathway for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• 0–1 year of related experience preferred.
• Able to operate forklift and obtain certification.
• Able to work in cold temperatures and follow safety rules.
• Familiar with WMS and SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and lift equipment to receive, store, and transport palletized products.
• Pick and stage pallets for timely trailer loading and distribution.
• Maintain smooth product flow with accurate material movements.
• Perform equipment checks and report safety issues promptly.
• Support inventory counts and organized storage per GWP.
