Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a Food Service Utility at Mayo Clinic St. Mary’s in Rochester, MN. The full-time role runs 12:00 pm–8:30 pm and requires dishwashing experience; you must work every other weekend and holiday. Online applications accepted only.

You will maintain kitchen work areas, clean equipment and utensils, and assist with table/food service while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

• Dishwashing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains kitchen work areas and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly.
• Sweeps and mops floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and places it into designated containers; cleans garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front of the house set up.
• Assists with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
