Job summary

Compass Group USA in Cape Girardeau, MO is hiring for a full-time Food Service Utility to help maintain kitchen work areas and keep equipment and utensils clean and orderly. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm, with a fixed pay rate of $18.95 per hour; prior food service and dishwashing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior food service and dishwashing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains kitchen work areas and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly.
• Sweeps and mops floors to meet sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and other prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and disposes of it properly.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Assists with loading/unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Follows sanitation and safety requirements.
