Job summary

Chartwells Higher Ed in Missouri is seeking a full-time Food Service Utility at Southeast Missouri State University. The role involves maintaining kitchen areas, cleaning equipment, and supporting service operations on a Sunday–Thursday 1:30 pm–9:30 pm shift. Prior food service and dishwashing experience are preferred, with benefits including 401k and PTO.

Qualifications

• Prior food service and dishwashing experience is preferred.
• Ability to maintain sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to meet sanitation standards.
• Wash work surfaces, tables, refrigerators, and prep areas.
• Remove trash and clean containers.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Assist with loading/unloading and delivering supplies.
• Distribute supplies and equipment as needed.
• Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
