Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring for a Food Service Utility at the P&G Cape Girardeau Plant in Jackson, MO. This role is available for both full-time and part-time schedules, with hours typically 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Prior food service, sanitation, and general utility experience is preferred, and an internal referral bonus is available.

Pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour. Applicants must be able to maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety and sanitation

Qualifications

• Previous food service, sanitation, dishwashing, and general utility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and places it into designated containers; steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists with banquet table and front of the house setup.
• Assists with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed.
• Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
