Qualifications

• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Sanitation and cleanliness knowledge required or preferred.
• Ability to perform utility tasks across kitchen areas.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and manage waste disposal.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet setup and front-of-house tasks.
• Load/unload and deliver supplies and products as needed.
• Distribute utensils and portable equipment.
• Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
