Qualifications

• 3+ supervisory experience in food service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and infection control practices.
• Servsafe certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of food service employees during assigned shifts.
• Oversee meal preparation, food production, and meal service for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Assign work, monitor employee performance, and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.
• Train, coach, and provide guidance to food service employees on policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, infection control, and workplace safety requirements.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, presentation, and customer service standards.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, inventory, and resolving day-to-day operational issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and food service environment.
• Provide support to management with daily operations and perform other duties as assigned.
