Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent related experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing production environment preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines.
• Able to work in an environment containing Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Soy, Wheat, and Milk.
• Stand for 8+ hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Load raw materials into Hopper using correct lifting techniques.
• Ensure product flow is optimal and monitor equipment.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, and sanitation policies; report safety or quality issues.
• Communicate shift information to coworkers and incoming staff.
• Operate powered equipment as required and assist with packing when needed.
