Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant/service environment is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in orders and payments.
• Ability to input information into POS and manage tables efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and serve to guest tables.
• Retrieve and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food orders.
• Collect payments and process transactions.
• Assist in maintaining daily cleanliness of the dining area.
• Uphold Forbes Five Star standards in service.
