Drury Hotels Company, LLC in Indianapolis is seeking team members to join our hospitality-focused team. You will oversee the 5:30 Kickback, ensuring a welcoming, high-quality experience for guests and maintaining a clean, inviting lobby and kitchen.

We value friendly, proactive communicators with knowledge of hotel services and inventory skills. You will assist guests, manage routine food safety, and contribute to a positive, warm Drury experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hotel accommodations and services.
• Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Warm, friendly manner and strong guest focus.
• Ability to speak and follow directions in English.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests, including food preparation and cleanup.
• Ensure exceptional experiences for diverse guests and team members.
• Keep kitchen and lobby area clean and well organized.
• Maintain food safety standards and stock supplies at appropriate levels.
• Promote the Drury culture with integrity, service, and hospitality.
• Answer guest questions using knowledge of the hotel, area and events.
• Provide courteous service with a +1 service attitude.

What you will do

• Make our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour” … well, happy for our guests.
• Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests.
• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and with clean-up.
• See to it that the kitchen and lobby area are clean and well organized.
• Ensure that food safety standards are met and that supplies are fully stocked at appropriate levels.
• Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and co-workers.
• Answer guest’s questions using your knowledge of the hotel, area, and events.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
