Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Floor Technician in Boston, MA. The role involves cleaning and maintaining floors (tile, carpet, brick), waxing, stripping, buffing, and performing environmental services per standards.

Candidates should be able to follow safety procedures, work with the team, and report hazards promptly. Shifts run Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM with a pay rate of $23.85–$24.85 per hour.

Qualifications

• No education requirement.
• 6 mo–1 year experience preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Perform floor care such as waxing, stripping, buffing, and other duties.
• Maintain clean work area and proper reporting of hazards.
• Support shift lead with punch-list items.
