Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is hiring a Floor Technician to maintain floors at Lehigh Valley Health Network in Bethlehem, PA. This full-time role requires prior floor care experience and offers a 3:00 pm–11:30 pm schedule with rotating weekends.

You will operate industrial floor care equipment, perform refinishing tasks, and help keep patient areas safe and clean. Join a global healthcare support leader committed to quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior floor care experience required.
• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, spray buffing).
• Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilizes automated equipment for cleaning large areas of floor surface.
• Performs carpet and upholstery care (shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming).
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
