Job summary

Compass Group USA, operating TouchPoint, is hiring Floor Technician for full-time and part-time roles at the Milwaukee site. The job focuses on floor maintenance and operation of industrial floor care equipment.

Schedule includes 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm with rotating weekends and holidays. Requires 1-2 years of floor care experience and a fixed pay rate of $18.00 per hour. Benefits are offered with full-time and part-time positions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and procedures for stripping and refinishing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery care including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
