Qualifications

• Ability to follow safety procedures and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and proper procedures (stripping, refinishing, burnishing).
• Operate various industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment for large-area floor cleaning.
• Perform carpet and upholstery care (shampooing, spot cleaning, vacuuming).
• Conduct maintenance/restorative works for all floor types.
• All other duties as assigned by manager.
