Job summary

A Quality Facility Services is seeking Floor Care Technicians in Canton, OH. The role is second shift, with hours from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, and offers pay between $25–$28 per hour based on experience.

Training is provided, no prior floor care experience is required, and opportunities for promotion exist within the company. Benefits include paid hands-on training, vacation and personal time, health insurance for full-time employees, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in a service-based industry is preferred but not required.
• Evening/night or overnight shift availability is required.
• Willingness to travel to different work locations and occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform specialized floor care tasks (stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing)
• Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment.
• Assist with startup of new contracts and travel as needed.
• Work as part of a team to service multiple facilities in the area.
