Job summary

Didlake Inc. is a non-profit rehabilitation services organization dedicated to enriching the lives of people with disabilities. The Floor Equipment Operator will maintain clean, safe environments by operating floor care equipment and performing routine cleaning tasks in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and floor maintenance techniques.
• - Ability to operate and maintain floor machines safely.
• - Ability to follow safety guidelines and SOPs.
• - Good judgment and reliable teamwork.
• - Ability to interact respectfully with people with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor care equipment safely to maintain all floor surfaces.
• Perform cleaning tasks: sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, buffing, burnishing.
• Execute maintenance: stripping, waxing, refinishing, polishing.
• Maintain and report equipment issues.
• Clean common areas and replenish restroom supplies.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Assist with janitorial duties when needed.
