Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a Janitorial Floor Tech to clean, maintain, and restore diverse floor types across facilities. You will responsibly operate floor care machinery, follow chemical safety procedures, and uphold department standards with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in floor care or janitorial work is a plus.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques for various surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Clean, maintain, and restore carpeted and hard surface floors throughout the facility.
• Operate, maintain, and safely use floor cleaning equipment.
• Apply industry best practices for floor care and safety protocols.
• Follow procedures for proper handling of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and report safety hazards.
