Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc. seeks a Janitorial Floor Tech to clean, maintain, and restore carpeted and hard surface floors across the facility. You will operate floor care equipment, follow safety protocols, and work independently on an evening shift of 6pm–2:30am, Monday through Friday, with possible weekend work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous floor care or janitorial experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow procedures for correct chemical usage and safety rules.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and report hazards.
