Job summary

A Quality Facility Services in Canton is hiring a 2nd Shift Floater. The shift runs 5:00 PM–1:00 AM, with every other weekend off and a $150 gas stipend. No cleaning experience is required—paid training is provided to help you grow into a Supervisor role.

You will travel between client facilities, learn our cleaning standards, train new employees, and support teams. This role offers advancement opportunities and a supportive environment for leadership development.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid, clean driver's license
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel approximately 50 miles per day
• Available for 5:00 PM–1:00 AM shift
• Available to work every other weekend
• Willing to learn and train others; leadership interest

Responsibilities

• Assist with training and onboarding new employees at assigned facilities
• Demonstrate proper cleaning procedures and expectations to new team members
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Clean and polish surfaces, fixtures, and trim
• Empty trash and transport it to disposal areas
• Clean windows, doors, walls, panels, and sills as needed
• Buff floors at certain facilities
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas
• Assist at different facilities based on staffing needs
