A Quality Facility Services is seeking a Floater in the Cleveland area. This role travels between client facilities, keeping spaces clean and welcoming while learning our standards and assisting with training new employees.

The position provides paid training, opportunities to advance into supervision, and a pathway to leadership. Flexible shifts include early evening and potential weekend work, with strong emphasis on dependability and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable training new employees and guiding teammates.
• Strong work ethic and adaptability to different facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training and onboarding new employees at assigned facilities.
• Demonstrate proper cleaning procedures and expectations to new team members.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; clean restrooms and common areas.
• Dust and polish furnishings and equipment; empty trash and transport it.
• Clean windows, walls, and surfaces; buff floors as needed.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of assigned areas and support multiple facilities.
