TF Cornerstone, Inc. is seeking a qualified Fire Life Safety Director for a premier Class A office property in Manhattan. The role focuses on implementing the Emergency and Life Safety Plan, safeguarding occupants and assets, and leading lobby operations with a professional presence.

The ideal candidate will be licensed and experienced in fire safety, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be committed to the highest standards of security and emergency readiness.

Qualifications

• NYS Security Guard License required.
• F-89 Fire Life Safety Director Certification with Active Shooter Training required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in building security, fire safety, law enforcement or related fields.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage lobby operations during the evening shift.
• Maintain a visible and professional presence throughout the building.
• Monitor life safety systems and report deficiencies.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms and elevator entrapments promptly.
• Enforce building access policies using card access and visitor management systems.
• Supervise and support building staff and safety procedures.
• Monitor CCTV and security systems for suspicious activity.
• Conduct fire extinguisher inspections and identify hazards.
• Maintain logs and prepare incident and inspection reports.
• Assist with drills, training and emergency response planning.
