Job summary

AirGarage in Nashville is seeking a Field Operations Specialist (Part Time, on-site) to join our field team. You’ll patrol parking lots/garages, verify payments with Space Force, and assist customers with the AirGarage app to ensure a smooth experience.

You must own a smartphone, have reliable transportation, and be ready to work outdoors. Competitive hourly pay up to $20, plus growth opportunities and benefits through TalentBurst.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, security, or parking operations is a plus, but we’ll train you on our tools and processes.
• Ability to be on your feet for several hours outdoors in a working parking lot or garage.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned lot(s) or garage(s) on foot to check parked vehicles.
• Provide multi-location coverage within your assigned area; valid driver’s license required.
• Scan license plates and verify active payment using Space Force app.
• Issue citations to unpaid vehicles and leave notices; may immobilize repeat violators in some markets.
• Help customers understand how to pay and use the AirGarage app.
