Job summary

AirGarage is seeking a Field Operations Specialist for the Philadelphia market. You will be the boots-on-the-ground presence at parking lots or garages, patrolling on-site, verifying payments, and guiding customers to use the AirGarage app.

This role reports through TalentBurst as the Employer of Record and may involve multi-location coverage within the assigned area. A valid driver’s license is required and on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Patrol assigned lot(s) on foot to monitor vehicles and ensure safety.
• Verify active payments using the Space Force app on a smartphone.
• Provide customer guidance on how to pay and use the app.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned lots or garages; you are the boots-on-the-ground presence.
• Provide multi-location coverage within your area; valid driver’s license required.
• Scan license plates and verify payment in the Space Force app.
• Issue citations for unpaid vehicles and leave notices when needed; boot repeat violators in some markets.
• Assist customers in understanding how to pay and use the app.
