Job summary

WSI Trash & Recycling Valet is seeking an Evening Field Support Lead to oversee nightly trash and recycling valet routes in the Nampa–Meridian area. Shifts run 3–5 hours on weekdays, starting around 5:30 PM, with no weekend work and end by 11 PM. This leadership role includes on-site support for Valet Porters, training new team members, and occasional quality audits.

Prior valet trash or field operations experience is a plus, but we train everyone. Mileage is reimbursed at IRS rates.

Qualifications

• Evening availability required, Mon-Fri.
• Leadership role with direct path into management.
• Prior valet trash, porter, or field ops experience is a plus, but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support nightly trash and recycling valet routes across apartment communities each evening.
• Monitor routes and provide on-site support to Valet Porters, stepping in to perform collection duties when coverage is needed.
• Inspect recycling for contamination and ensure proper separation; document route using a mobile app; issue compliance notices.
• Assist with training new team members and completing quality audits; occasionally service pet waste stations.
