Job summary

WSI Trash & Recycling Valet in Idaho is seeking an Evening Field Support Lead for the Nampa/Meridian area. You will supervise nightly routes, provide on-site support to Valet Porters, and step in to perform collection duties when coverage is needed.

Shifts run 3–5 hours Monday through Friday, starting around 5:30 PM and finishing by 11 PM. Prior valet, porter, or field operations experience is a plus, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in valet trash, porter, or field operations is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18+, Idaho driver's license and auto insurance.
• Available Monday–Friday evenings with 5:30 PM start.

Responsibilities

• Support nightly trash and recycling valet routes across apartment communities each evening.
• Monitor routes and provide on-site support to Valet Porters; step in to perform collection duties when needed.
• Inspect recycling for contamination, ensure proper separation, and document route with a mobile app.
• Issue courtesy notices, upload required photos, and assist training new team members.
• Contribute to quality audits and occasionally service pet waste stations.
