Job summary

Chimes seeks a reliable custodial worker for Andrews Air Force Base, MD, with a Monday–Friday 1:30pm–9:00pm shift. The role involves cleaning public and work spaces, sanitizing restrooms, and adhering to contract standards.

Eligible applicants may have six months of custodial experience and prefer a High School diploma; AbilityOne program participation is noted. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Six months of custodial work experience preferred.
• Custodial training desired.
• Candidates with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Agency policies and procedures and follow contract specifications.
• Clean all assigned areas in accordance with the contract specifications.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and washable surfaces in public areas.
• Descale showers, toilet bowls, and urinals.
• Move, arrange, and lift heavy items.
• Attend work regularly and report on time.
• Pass and comply with all building and security requirements and procedures.
