Job summary

Chimes International LTD is seeking a Custodian for the Fort Meade, MD campus. This part-time evening role runs Monday through Friday from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, on-site, with a pay rate of $17.53 per hour. You will perform routine cleaning and adhere to contract specifications.

Essential tasks include cleaning restrooms, floors, common areas, and keeping facilities safe and tidy. Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, and at least six months of custodial experience; training

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of custodial work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Agency policies and procedures and follow contract specifications.
• Clean all assigned areas in accordance with the contract specifications.
• Descale showers, toilet bowls, and urinals.
• Move, arrange, and lift heavy items.
• Attend required meetings and in-service training.
• Pass and comply with all building and security requirements and procedures.
