Job summary

Clean Harbors in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Facility Coordinator for the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm). The role includes coordinating receiving, shipping, and general administration, with duties ranging from data entry to paperwork organization and trailer inventory management.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1+ year of related experience, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds; forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Fork lift experience preferred (Not Required).
• Ability to use computer.
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Prints and creates outbound manifests and hazardous waste labels for outbound loads.
• Organizes and files plant, and truck to truck paperwork.
• Data entry into internal programs.
• Organizes and maintains trailer inventories.
• Filing, typing, and general clerical duties.
• Any administrative duties as deemed required by supervisors.
