Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and reactive maintenance on building systems. The role reports to the Site Operations Manager and coordinates with the Site Operations Supervisor to uphold a safe and reliable facility environment.

The position offers full-time hours with a typical Monday–Friday schedule plus weekends at times, and pays an hourly wage of $25–$28.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school required.
• Basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills.
• Communication skills to translate technical info clearly.
• Work independently and within a team; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive (PM) and reactive (RM) maintenance on building systems.
• Respond to escalations and communicate professionally with the client.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders and document activities.
• Inspect safety, utilities and equipment for reliable operation.
• Follow 5S principles and safety procedures on site.
