Job summary

Platinum Cleaning & Facility Services (PCFS), a division of Healthcare Services Group, Inc., seeks an Account Supervisor in Flowood, MS to lead daily cleaning operations and ensure quality across assigned buildings. You will train new team members, monitor work, and escalate issues to the Account Manager as needed. Part-time, non-exempt, Monday–Friday 5:30 PM–10:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a janitorial capacity.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a supervisory capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures cleaning and facilities work is completed to scope, safely, effectively, and in a timely manner.
• Assists team members with technical issues or advanced problems with given assignments.
• Inspects work performed by team members.
• Addresses minor corrective performance concerns with team members; refers more serious cases to the Account Manager and/or District Manager.
• Provide follow-up on requests and concerns.
• Identify issues and opportunities during the course of their work and elevate as needed to Account Manager and/or District Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Communicates building changes. (Construction, Remodeling, Repairs, New Facility Contacts, etc. to Account Manager and District Manager)
• Train new Team Members on facility scope of work, equipment use, and proper cleaning techniques.
