Platinum Cleaning & Facility Services (PCFS), a division of Healthcare Services Group, Inc., is seeking an Account Supervisor for a part-time evening schedule. The role leads daily cleaning operations, trains new staff, and ensures quality across assigned areas. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years janitorial experience.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleaning and facilities work is completed to scope safely, effectively, and on time.
• Assist team members with technical issues or advanced problems.
• Inspect work performed by team members.
• Address minor performance concerns and refer serious cases to Account/District Manager.
• Provide follow-up on requests and concerns.
• Identify issues and escalate to management as needed.
• Train new team members on scope of work and equipment use.
