Job summary

MSC Industrial Supply Co. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Leader at our Reno, NV site. The role focuses on leading upkeep, repairs, and reliability for a high-volume Customer Fulfillment Center, with responsibility for preventive maintenance, OSHA safety compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will oversee spare parts inventory, coordinate vendors, and mentor associates while supporting occasional shifts in other warehouse functions to assist customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years in facilities or industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance workflow to maximize equipment uptime and building readiness.
• Ensure HVAC and climate-control systems operate effectively.
• Promote a robust Safety Culture through coaching and engagement.
• Develop associates in alignment with MSC’s values and Code of Conduct.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve CFC performance.
